Terms & Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Prices are inclusive of 6% SST.
2.⁠ ⁠The redemption will only be effective on the next day from the purchase date. (E.g. Buy on the 1st, redeem only on the 2nd).
3.⁠ ⁠Customers can redeem up to the total number of cups purchased (10 or 20 cups) within the validity period of 30 days.
4.⁠ ⁠Daily Koppi pass can be redeemed in all Koppiku outlets, except at Koppiku I-City Mall.
5.⁠ ⁠Unredeemed cups cannot be carried forward beyond the 30-day period and will be forfeited.
6.⁠ ⁠Redemption is valid for all regular-sized drinks. Excludes seasonal or promotional items unless specified.
7.⁠ ⁠The Daily Koppi pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.⁠ ⁠This Daily Koppi pass is not valid with any other promotional offer or discounts unless stated otherwise.
9.⁠ ⁠Koppiku reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, including pricing and availability, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
